Why the Genuine Tank
Compatible ink is cheaper on the shelf and more expensive over a year. Pigment formulation is what holds a 0.02 mm line and survives a wet site visit, and a printhead clogged by third-party ink is not a warranty claim.
What a Tank Actually Prints
On ordinary mono drawings a 300 ml matte black runs to roughly 400 A1 sheets. Colour site plans pull from all five tanks at once, so a heavy colour week moves them together rather than one at a time.
Common Questions
Will this fit my TM-500?
Yes. The TM-600 and TM-500 take the same PFI-320 tanks in the same five colours, which is why practices running both only stock one set.
How long does an opened tank last?
Canon state two years from manufacture. In practice a tank in a machine that prints weekly is empty long before that becomes a question.
Do you deliver next day?
Yes, on stock lines ordered before 4pm. Ink is held in Worcester rather than drop-shipped, so a dry machine is rarely dry for more than a day.

Installation & Training
Siting, network setup, driver rollout and basic training are quoted with every machine. The old machine is removed and recycled on the same visit.
Service Contracts
Parts, labour and preventative maintenance, delivered by manufacturer-trained engineers we employ ourselves. Typical priority response is four hours.
Returns
Thirty days on unopened stock lines. Ink and media that has been opened cannot come back, so tell us what you are printing and we will send samples first.
